3. Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, you will have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. Unless your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, personal care goods and custom products (such as special orders, personalised items or commissions). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Returns Process

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kimisanbhopal.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can best help solve the issue.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
5.
Website
Accessibility

We are aware that some parts of our website are not yet fully accessible. We endeavour to fix this by adding alt tags to all of our website images, starting with our most visited pages first and then working backwards by date of upload. This will take some time due to the amount of images on our website but we aim to work on this weekly until it is complete.

We work to make our website text easy to understand, however, if you need information from this website in a different format such as an easy read PDF, or if you think there is more we should be doing or think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, please email us at hello@kimisanbhopal.com with ‘Accessibility’ in the subject line and we will do our best to support you.
